Velammal Engineering College (VEC) signed an MOU with Technology Information Forecasting and
Assessment Council (TIFAC) on September 23 2005 to create a Centre of Relevance and Excellence
(CORE) in Pervasive Computing Technologies. With this, VEC joins an exclusive club of 25 other top
